I definitely told him that I had taken a group free time lesson. Then, he said, "I will check with the Shinjuku school so I will contact you back." In the first place, I said that it was a rule in the Chubu area, but I don't understand why I contact the school building in Tokyo. Even if you check with the head office, ECC's head office should have been Osaka. I decided to make a reservation at another school, so I contacted the nearby Kanayama school. Then, I was able to make a reservation easily. A person from Midland Square said, "In the Chubu area, students enrolled in other areas cannot take free time lessons." What do you mean? ?? After a while, a person from Midland Square contacted me back. Then, he said, "I will arrange for a special course." To be honest, the above words made me angry. I don't want to receive any special treatment here. However, it was very unpleasant because I was treated as if I was trying to make a profit by complaining. When I talked a lot, I heard that the last time I took the course twice, I mistakenly guided the staff. However, when I told him that I was able to make a reservation at Kanayama School, he seemed to be quite surprised, and I didn't understand the reason. Even though it is the same ECC, the guidance is different depending on the school building. Also, even within the same Midland Square school, what the staff says is different. I don't know what to believe. Because of this, I don't want to take lessons at Midland Square. Therefore, I make reservations mainly at Kanayama school.
