★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the place where you can do all officiall paperwork if you live in Meguro city. They have an English interpreter and provide really good help even if you dont speak Japanese. It is way better than similar places in most European countries.

For example vaccination passports are prepared in the same day within 30min upon request, whereas Minato district is within 3 days, and Suginami district takes up to two weeks…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You get the appropriate information you need.... The staffs are friendly and fast.. However, English speaking is a bit limited.. Be prepared to go with a Japanese speaker or a translation device if your are a foreigner..
