法務局まで出向かなくても良いのが便利。
機械も三台あり、土地建物も法人も謄本が取れます。
料金支払いが収入印紙のみには面食らいましたが、歩いて一分程の所で買えます。

だが、事前に金額を調べて先に売店（生活彩家）で買ってから向かったほうが楽。

印紙は同じ1Fのフロアの売店にあるので準備しなくても大丈夫です。
ここのコメントを見て事前に印紙600円を用意してましたが不要でした笑

目黒区役所の奥にあります
また、機械での登録ですが、その機械が二台しかなくとても待ちます。
お年寄りが不動産の登記簿をもらいたくても住所しかわからないとか、地番がわかっても家屋番号がわからないとか、右往左往してます。
国税ちゃんと払ってるのに目黒区民が不便な思いをするのは不公平極まりない
ここで各種証明もらうときは事前によく調べてから来るようにしてください。
係も二名しかいなく、サービス面は最低ですから、気を付けてるようにしてください。
また、料金の収入印紙も、少し離れた区役所ないのコンビニでしか買えません。
不便極まりない場所です。
時間に余裕もって行くことをおすすめします。
