20分程度待てば駐車出来ます。
 The parking lot is always waiting for a few cars.
You can park your car after waiting for about 20 minutes.

It is an administrative facility where you can feel the history. Currently, the Tokyo Metropolitan Assembly election is being voted before the deadline at the Third Government Building. People of all ages are visiting. It seems that there are no restaurants in the neighborhood.

同じ庁舎内ならまだしも、庁舎が違うと移動が面倒くさい。
The name of the department in charge is slightly different and confusing.
