全体的にどのスタッフも対応が悪い。以前住んでいたところの区役所はすごく対応が良かっただけに、世田谷区役所のスタッフは酷く感じる。
星一つもつけたくない。
I had a 5 month old child, so if I went with a stroller, it would be a hindrance, so I was told to stay there. I can't believe it's treated like this at the ward office. Really impossible.
Overall, all staff are poorly responsive. The staff at Setagaya Ward Office feels terrible because the ward office where I used to live was very responsive.
I don't want to add a single star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This city office is a bit old but it looks like they are in the middle of re-building it. They have parking but just not a lot of it. Inside the people working are relatively nice for government building and the one lady we were with spoke very good English.
