★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic litte cafe. Loved the warm atmosphere, great coffee and friendly staff. We returned night after night for an after dinner drink and snack/dessert. We had dinner there one night as well and the food was great. Recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went with my family. Husband had chilli and a lemon honey tea. Both were exceptional. I had banana bread cake and a coffee and they really were top-notch. barista was really sweet to our baby.
Husband has been before and says the curry is excellent too. Everything we had was great and it’s such a quiet and underspoken spot, I could hardly recommend it more. We are definitely going again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cute independent cafe that's a hidden surprise, cute decoration collected from the owners' travels complete with a guitar and classic amp! Ambient lighting, around 20 seats in the cafe so great for afternoon coffee chat with friends. The cafe is open till 11:30pm so if you are working / studying late, this will be a great cafe to stop by. The bathroom is impressively spacious, given the size of this cozy cafe! There's a small menu selection and the food range from curry to hamburgers, we didn't try any food this time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice café near karasuma subway station. The staff is very nice and friendly. The menu has pictures and english subtitles. The place itself is very well decorated and gives you that very pleasant feel that you want to experience when going to a coffee shop.
The banana cake is delicious as is the grapefruit ginger soda and coffee.
Would recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice environment and affordable taste food! We ordered hamburger and chicken curry, the rice were mixed with rices with more healthy fibre. Like another excellent Japanese cafe, the dishes are quite detailed and exquitsite, salad is tasty and it even comes with two different delicious potato mashes, also 2 pices of pickles to heighten you appetizer!! Most importantly, they have English menu and really friendly towards tourists! This is best cafe I had ever been in Kyoto!
