・何度か行ったが、店の前で車を停めても店員さんは他の事優先でしばらく出てこず。何度かに一回とかなら忙しいという解釈もできるが、毎回となると流石にね… ・オイル交換だけの時は対応が軽く、今は他のことしたいので感が強い ・招待状が届き、新年初売りの閉店間際に伺ったが既にノベルティは無いとの事だった。当日に無くなるのか、すげぇ繁盛してるのね。 受け手の問題なのは承知だが、なんだか接客態度が予算と比例してるんだなぁってのが感想です。 ノベルティは充実してるんですけどね。 最近はちょっと遠いけど他のディーラーに行ってます。

It can be interpreted that it is busy once every few times, but every time it is ... ・ When I just change the oil, the response is light, and now I want to do something else, so I have a strong feeling. ・ I received an invitation and asked about the closing of the store for the first time in the new year, but it was said that there was no novelty already. I wonder if it will disappear on the day, it's really prosperous. I know it's a problem for the recipient, but I think that the customer service attitude is proportional to the budget. The novelty is fulfilling, though. It's a little far away these days, but I'm going to another dealer.

修理などはしっかりしてもらったが、整備担当の人に、車について聞くとめんどくさそうに答え、対応が悪いと思いました。
I had them repair it well, but when I asked the person in charge of maintenance about the car, he answered annoyingly and thought that the response was poor.

仕事は丁寧だが駐車場も含め少し狭いかな (以下2021.11追記) 15年ぐらいお世話になっている。狭いなりによく工夫していると思う。 輸入車ディーラーほど訓練された接遇じゃないけど、そのぶん敷居が低くてありがたい。 整備についても毎回きちんとしてくれていて、信頼できる。
The work is polite, but is it a little small including the parking lot? (Added 2021.11 below) I have been indebted for about 15 years. I think I've devised a lot to make it narrower. It's not as trained as an imported car dealer, but I'm grateful that the threshold is low. The maintenance is also neat and reliable every time.
