★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 車検の料金、見積りよりも高額になっていて草。聞いてみると安心パックをつけていたと言うことだったが、説明もなく出来上がった当日に知らされた。
説明が無いということに不信感を抱いた。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スタッドレスタイヤ交換等、年末はコックピットがいっぱいです。でもディーラーは安全点検を兼ねてして下さる分の安心料を含めると、お値段相応ですね。
The cockpit is full at the end of the year, such as changing studless tires. However, if you include the safety fee that the dealer will also serve as a safety check, it is suitable for the price.

6ヶ月点検の前にオイル交換のオプションオーダーを勧めてきたので、それでオーダー。
なぜか精算時には点検パックの安いオイルになってたので確認を要求。
そのことに対して詫びない姿勢はどうなのかね？
Visited 20/20/27.
I have recommended the option order of oil change before 6 months inspection, so order with it.
I asked for confirmation because it became cheap oil of check pack at the time of settlement.
What is your attitude not to hesitate about that?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ステップワゴンの試乗に家族で行きました。土屋という営業マンが担当でしたが、酷かったです。
購入する車を検討している段階なのに、車の特徴の説明よりも、残クレの説明ばかりされました。
ステップワゴンの説明がもっと知りたかったです。見積もりでこちらの要望を伝えても、よくわからない理由で否定され勝手にオプションをつけられたりされました。ホンダでお願いするとしても営業マンは間違えなく変更します。前通るだけで思い出して腹が立ってきます。
I went to test drive the Step WGN with my family. A salesman named Tsuchiya was in charge, but it was terrible.
Even though I was in the process of considering a car to buy, I was only explaining the remaining cleats rather than explaining the characteristics of the car.
I wanted to know more about the Step WGN. Even if I gave this request in the quotation, it was denied for some unknown reason and I was given an option without permission. Even if you ask Honda, the sales position will change without mistake. Just passing in front makes me angry.
