★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 購入店ではないがオイル交換をお願いしました。スタッフ全員が元気もよく感じは良かったですが、洗車してもらえず。おそらく購入者には洗車サービスはある模様‥贅沢はいいませんが。
I asked for an oil change, although it was not the store where I purchased it. All the staff were energetic and felt good, but they couldn't wash the car. Probably the purchaser has a car wash service ... I don't like luxury.

こちらの都合で、直接、こちらのお店での購入ではなく、普段、お付き合いしている店舗経由での購入になるにも関わらず、親切、丁寧に説明や接客を頂き恐縮です。
また、普段とは違う店舗は新鮮でした(笑)
ありがとうございました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めはリモコンキーの不具合で訪れましたが、
マウントの交換もしていただきました。
以前から異様な音と振動があり、他のディーラーさんで見て頂きましたが、走行には影響がないのと、はっきりとした原因が分からず交換しても改善するかわからないと言われたので、修理せずにいました。
それが車を駐車場から作業場へ移動していただいた時に異変に気づかれたようで、原因を突き止めてくださり、後日交換していただきました^ ^
摩耗したゴムの部分も丁寧に説明してくださり、音や振動もなくなり気持ち良く運転できています。
また、このお店で評価したいのは接客でした^ ^
私が待合で待っている時です。
他のお客さんが駐車場を出られる際、見送りの方が2人前後離れたところにいらっしゃいましたが、計3回のお辞儀がシンクロしていてとても感動しました！お見送りなのでドライバーのお客さんには見えていないかもしれないですが、見ていて気持ちが良かったです！若い社員の方にみえましたが、社員教育がしっかりされているのだなと思いました。
お迎えの挨拶や案内して頂くのもいつも気持ちが良いです^ ^
また何かあれば利用したいと思います。

He carefully explained the worn rubber part, and I was able to drive comfortably without any noise or vibration.
Also, what I wanted to evaluate at this shop was customer service ^ ^
It's time for me to wait.
When other customers left the parking lot, there were two people who were seeing off, but I was very impressed by the fact that the bows were synchronized three times in total! It may not be visible to the driver's customers because it is a send-off, but it was nice to see it! It looked like a young employee, but I thought that employee education was solid.
It's always nice to have a pick-up greeting and guidance ^ ^
I would like to use it if there is anything else.
