入店時、スタッフの方がすぐに店舗から来てくださり、駐車時のアシストや、店舗への案内などをしてくださいます。そして、席に座ると、希望の飲み物とおしぼりを出してくださいます。店内は、天井が高く、壁一面がガラス窓になっており、明るくて広々とした印象です。
スタッフの方の対応は、笑顔で丁寧に、一つ一つ説明をしてくださいます。少し難しいお願いも、出来る限りの対処を考えてくださいます。
帰る時は、駐車している場所まで付き添ってくださり、道路へ入る時のアシストもしてくださいます。
いつ伺っても、気分よく対処してくださいます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 遠方からですが、NDロードスターを購入し、メンテ等でお世話になっています。対応がいまいちな店舗もある中、寝屋川店さんは若い方からベテランの整備マネージャー、課長、店長の方まで、対応が非常に丁寧で気遣いもして下さり、マツダ愛が伝わってくる方が多いです。不備があった場合でもしっかり対応して下さいます。気持ち良く購入でき、しっかりお任せできるお店だと思います。
