★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 手打ち麺とのことですが、水分量少なめでボソボソとした感じ。温泉で茹でたチャーシューが名物。
じいちゃんばあちゃんからお孫さん？まで家族皆さんでやっているお店のようです。
メニューは5か国語で表示され 、松之山温泉も外国人多いのかな？と思いました。
It is hand-made noodles, but it has a low water content and feels like it is crunchy. The specialty is char siu boiled in the hot springs.
Grandpa to grandson? It seems to be a store that is run by the whole family.

ラーメン屋のラーメンを求めて入ると期待外れとなります。お値段は若干強気、味は普通の食堂レベルです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 温泉街の中の昔ながらの食堂です。今日は結構混んでいました。温泉街のチェックインには早い時間で、近くに日帰り温泉場があるためでしょうか。量的には、普通盛だとすこし少なめかもしれませんが、昔からの味、ごちそうさまでした。

お通しのメンマもうまい
野菜多めの餃子はキチッと丁寧に包んで焼かれています
そして飲んだ後はやっぱり昔ながらのあっさりラーメンが最高です。
