★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お湯は源泉は熱いが加減は優しいく丁度良い。館内は少し古さがありトイレはウォシュレットではない。食事は品数も多く満足出来る量です。手頃な値段なので一人旅にはお勧めです。
The source of hot water is hot, but the amount is gentle and just right. The hall is a little old and the toilet is not a washlet. The number of meals is large and the amount is satisfactory. It's reasonably priced and recommended for solo travelers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 冬は雪深い山あいにたたずむ温泉地。兵庫有馬・群馬草津と並んで日本三大薬湯と呼ばれています。塩分の強い湯で、湯冷めしにくいのが特徴。また、消毒洗浄効果のあるホウ酸含有量が多く、火傷や切傷・擦り傷等皮膚病にも効果大。皮膚の弱い人は最初ヒリヒリするかもしれないが、慣れてくると成分が浸透しているんだなと実感がわいてきます。
