地元の食材を使った料理を出してくれるお食事処です。
そばが美味しいお店です。
店内は和風の落ち着いた感じです。
テーブル席、お座敷席があります。いろりを囲んだ席もあります。
メニューは、そば、うどん、定食、カレー・・・などなど
コーヒー、紅茶、ケーキなどの喫茶メニューもあります。
私は天ざるそばを注文しました。
地元の山菜を使った天ぷらです。
塩が添えてあって天ぷらにかけます。
サクッとしたとっても美味しい天ぷらです。
そばも硬さがほどよく、ツルットのど越し良く、とっても美味しいです。
残ったそばつゆはそば湯を入れて全部飲み干してしまいました。
とっても美味しかったです。
ごちそう様でした。
同じ建物の中に地産野菜直売所があります。
地元の野菜が売っています。
丹波黒豆、米なども売っています。
駐車場はとっても広く、出入りしやすいです。

友人と1歳の子供と3人で行きました
しょうゆのうすくちと、みそのうすくちラーメンを食べました
食べている途中でしょうゆラーメンにゴキブリが入っていることに気がつき、味噌ラーメンも確認したところ足のようなものが入っており食欲を失いました
1歳の子供も少し麺を食べてしまいました
店員さんに報告しましたが、態度が悪く、こちらが悪いことをした気分になりました。
料金はいらないと言われましたがそれでも気分がとても悪く、気持ちが悪かったです
ラーメンがトラウマになりました
2度と行きません
保健所にも報告させて頂きました
後からこちらの口コミを確認したら同じ体験をされた方がいて今回が初めてじゃないのかとびっくりしました
スープ鍋で大量に作ったスープでラーメンを作っているようなので全てのラーメンが心配です

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ラーメンの隠し味？に八角を使っているみたいです。ぼくは、そっち系のスパイス類は苦手なので食べきれませんでしたが、好きな人は好きなのかな？おにぎりを頼んだのですが、これはちょっと驚くくらいおいしかったです！水がいいのか、米の味がしっかりしています。これをメインにしたらいいのに。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最寄りのインター(京丹波わち)から車で20分ほど。店の雰囲気は古民家そのまんまですごく好き。
みそラーメン(うすくち)、唐揚げ、餃子を頂く。ラーメン、餃子共に他の人気店に劣らない。やわめの麺だがとても美味しかった。特に唐揚げは秀逸。今度は醤油ラーメンも食べてみたい。
店の大将も面白い人だった。
About 20 minutes by car from the nearest interchange (Kyotamba Wachi). I really like the atmosphere of the store.
Get miso ramen, light-fried chicken and dumplings. Both ramen and gyoza are inferior to other popular shops. Yawame noodles were delicious. The fried chicken is especially excellent. Next time I want to eat soy sauce ramen.
The store general was also an interesting person.
