名	名無し on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 家族が基礎疾患がある為ワクチン予約の前に診察を受けたい旨を電話相談したところ何度も話を遮られ話を一切聞かずコールセンターに行ってくれの一点張りで話にならず残念でした。前に受診した時は主治医の先生はとても親切で良かっただけに残念です。このご時世で同様の相談があり疲弊している事もあるかと存じますが、もう少し寄り添った話し方をして下さると有難かったです。 When I talked over the phone about my family's underlying illness and wanted to see a doctor before making a vaccination appointment, I was disappointed that I was interrupted many times and went to the call center without listening to anything.
