★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 辛味甘味旨味が渾然一体ってこれか！と思うようなキムチです。作り手のお人柄もおいしさの一つなんだなーと、工房に伺ってそのように思いました。初めて食べてから10年以上経過しますが、順ちゃんキムチより好きな味にはまだ出会えておりません。
Is this all about spicy, sweet and umami? It's a kimchi that you can think of. When I visited the workshop, I thought that the personality of the creator was one of the delicious things. It's been over 10 years since I first ate it, but I haven't come across a taste I like better than Jun-chan kimchi.
