ラーメンはほんのり魚介の風味とショウガの効いたスープ。当たり前にあるようで、なかなかない街中華でした。お店の雰囲気も実家に帰ったくらい落ちつく………
ふらっと入った店ですが、超好みでした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 餃子→皮はさくさくもちもちで、具も多くボリュームがあって大変美味しかったです。
ラーメン→昔ながらの醤油ベース中華そばと言った感じのラーメン。味のパンチは強くないが、麺がもちもち弾力もあり、チャーシューは柔らかいが肉としての噛みごたえもある。メンマは柔らかくて少し甘目の味付け。煮卵は半熟具合が最高！
時々無性に食べたくなる味です。
Dumplings → The skin was crispy and chewy, with a lot of ingredients and a lot of volume, and it was very delicious.
Ramen → Traditional soy sauce-based Chinese soba noodles. The taste is not punchy, but the noodles are chewy and elastic, and the char siu is soft but chewy as meat. Menma is soft and slightly sweet. Boiled eggs are best half-boiled!
It's a taste that sometimes makes you want to eat it asexually.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昔ながらのさっぱり美味しい醤油ラーメン。
当方、コッテリ濃厚なラーメンが苦手で昔ながらの醤油ラーメンが大好きなのだが、とっても美味しかった。餃子も皮もちもち、外パリパリでとても好みな餃子だ。
麺ももちもちで、最近蔓延防止が解除されてようやく2度目の来店ができた。
ここは、醤油ラーメンが600円と他の店舗と比べてみれば安いのかなと。
ワンコインで食べれていたら毎日通っているかも。

でも、餃子がメチャクチャ美味い。
ホワイト餃子に限りなく近い食感。
そして評価出来るのは瓶ビールが赤星って事！！
ここの店主は分かってるね。
飲んだ後に瓶ビールと餃子は間違いないですね。
ラーメンは正直言って美味いレベルではない。
でも、飲んだ後にはこれくらいサッパリした味が丁度良かったりするのもたしか。
飲んだ後に行くラーメン屋です。
