y	y k on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 清水駅前銀座商店街の一角、日曜の朝10時前から暖簾がかかっていて貴重なお店です。まずはサラダとビールをお願いしました。海老サラダかアスパラサラダか迷った挙句海老をチョイス。なんとホワイトアスパラものっていてラッキーでした。しめは天ざる。上手に揚がったてんぶら、チョット柔めのお蕎麦にたっぶりの刻み海苔。そして甘辛の蕎麦汁が特徴でしょうか。丼物もこれで仕上げられたらウンマイだろうなと思いました。他にビールとお新香、そして蕎麦屋のラーメンなんて方もいらして土地柄を感じました。 It is a valuable shop that has been warmed up from 10 am on Sunday morning in a corner of the Ginza shopping street in front of Shimizu station. に	にゃほにゃほたまくろー on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 親子丼を食べた。鶏肉はプリッと柔らかく卵はトロリとした火加減で、ごはん全体に適度に汁が絡み美味しかった。量は普通。もう一度食べたい。豆腐、ワカメ、ナメコの味噌汁が付いているが、なんと言うか、家庭の味だった。そばのメニューはすべてうどんに替えられる。子どもにはうどんを食べさせれば楽なので助かる。月見うどんは、黒い汁に飾り包丁の入ったかまぼこ、ほうれん草、カイワレ大根、そして中央に生たまごが乗っていて、綺麗だと思った。料理のレベルは高い気がするけど、店内の清潔感の無さや設備の古さが気になる。トイレは鍵のない扉を開けると男性用小便器がありその奥に洋式便器があるので、出くわしてしまう感があり気になる。良く言えば実家のような安心感。店内入ってすぐ右手に水道があり手を洗えるのは良かった。 I ate Oyakodon. When you open the door without a key, there is a men's urinal and a Western-style urinal in the back, so you may come across it. To put it better, it feels like home. Immediately after entering the store, there was a water service on the right and it was good to be able to wash your hands.
