プ－ルは帽子必須です。温水プ－ルで、ウォ－キング用と泳ぐ用にコ－スが別れています。
ジムにはマシンとスタジオがあります。
スタジオレッスンは、各曜日各時間ごと違いますが、さまざまなプログラムがあります。
他、ロッカーとお風呂、シャワールームが完備されています。ボディソ－プだけついています。
If you buy a ticket on the day, you can use the pool and gym.
A hat is required for the pool. The hot water pool has separate courses for walking and swimming.
The gym has a machine and a studio.
Studio lessons are different each day of the week and each hour, but there are different programs.
Other facilities include lockers, baths, and shower rooms. Only body soap is attached.

見学が出来ないんだもの仕方ないのかな？僕も良く知らないけっれど静岡市で運営しているのかな～普通お客様に見学及び説明するものではないのでしょうか普通の会社だったらアウトでしょう他を辞めてテルサに乗り換えようとした自分が悔しい早く自分のヤルベキことを終わらせ元にう戻りたい今わただただ反省の毎日ですジムにしろプールにしろ見学が出来しっかりとした説明が？お客が聞くではなく人を受けいる側が？お金を取るんですから？商売なんですから？説明するのが常識なんではないんでしょうか？皆様見学が出来！しっかりとした説明の出来る所に入りましょう

ジムはプール有り・広いお風呂有りで器具の種類も豊富ですが、油圧式の器具が多く、利用者の関節へのダメージが大きいのをどのようにJ-STEPは考えてるいるのでしょう？
あとトレーナーさん達は皆親切だけど、夜のバイトの女の子なのかな？
一緒に行った男の子がカッコイイと凄く親切・丁寧に教えてくれるのに、好みのタイプじゃないと教え方が雑(というか酷い態度)になるの…、せっかく利用してるのに、人を顔で見て差別してる風に受け取れるからやめた方がいいですよ(´・ω・`)
これじゃ利便性がどんなに良くてもおちおち友達も連れて行けません。
それと無料駐車場もあるけど、テルサから1km以上離れてるのも…正直キツイかな(^_^;)
