★ ★ ★ ★ ★ シャンプーのあと濡れタオル貸してくれるのはいいけど、細かい髪の毛の切れ端が結構ついてる。そんなんするくらいなら素直に顔洗わせてくれ。メイクしてる女性ならわかるが、私のようなノーメイクの男客ならなおさら。

平日は待ちませんが、休日は開店時に行かないとかなり待ちます。待ち時間にモールでぶらぶらすることも出来ないのでそこだけ少し不便かなと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 日曜日なのにスタッフ3人。チーフって名前の人は、一人のお客様(多分カットだけ)に時間をかけてる間に、もう一人のスタッフさんがお客さんをさばいていく。もう一人はアシスタントで、シャンプーやカラーだけ。予約もなければ、順番が来ても連絡してくれないから店内で待つしかない。コロナ禍でも。折角ショッピングモール内にあるなら、連絡くらいしてくれたらよくない？スタッフが足りないのは、店員がクソばかりだからか？とにかく、もう二度と行かない。イラつくばかり。

The other is an assistant, only shampoo and color. If you don't have a reservation, you'll have to wait in the store because they won't contact you when it's your turn. Even with Corona.
