★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 近所でここしかないので行きます。ニャンコのおもちゃなど。フードの品揃えがいいように思います。ただ、店員さんの感じが悪く、いつもなんでここで買わなきゃいけないんだろ…と思いながら買ってます。【追記】2020年になり何度か利用しました。前よりずいぶん店員さんの感じが良くなりました。

夜間不在時にゲージの中にタオルを入れていたようで、朝きたらタオルがビリビリになっていたと報告受けました。
誤飲もした可能性があり、ホテル内でも帰ってからも下痢や血便ありです…。
飼い主からの希望があればタオルは入れたらいいと思いますが、何の確認もなくタオル入れてましたと…。
本部に確認したところここの店舗だけでなく、イオンペット全体として夜間不在時にもタオルを入れているようで、事前に確認するかどうかはまた検討しますと曖昧な返事でした。
ここのペットホテルに預けることはお勧めできません。

When I checked with the headquarters, it seems that not only the store here but also Aeonpet as a whole puts towels even when they are absent at night, and it was an ambiguous reply when I considered whether to check in advance.
We do not recommend depositing at a pet hotel here.

犬の誕生日ケーキを買いに行ったのですが、30秒ほど悩んで声を掛けようと思ったらレジにいた1人が電話対応していて、ベルで他の人を呼んだまでは良かったのですが、その間数人レジに集まっていて、来たスタッフの人は「お待たせしました。お待ちのお客様どうぞ。」もなく周りをキョロキョロしてるだけ。こっちから声をかけてようやく対応。レジに前に数人お客さんがいて、来たスタッフが他のお客さんの対応をしていたりなど、こっちは状況が分からないのに、レジに入ったからさぁどうぞみたいな感じ出されても困る。
しかも誕生日ケーキは冷凍なので、ドライアイスを付けるんですが、家まで何時間掛かるとか、解凍方法など説明もなく説明書を貼って終わり…
おいおい！隣のお客さんも同じ商品買ってたけど、家まで何時間掛かりますか？とか解凍方法などの説明書の話をしてるじゃないか。
同じ商品を扱ってるイオンモール府中のスタッフのほうが対応もいいし、ちゃんと説明してくれる。
