★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 正社員みたいな女性スタッフが研修中スタッフに『そんなこともわからないの(笑)』とか言っていびってて凄い感じが悪かったです。靴の購入の際には、その人に『返品はできませんからね』と冷たく言われました。客の前でそういうことをするのはお察しです。欲しい商品があってもこれじゃ避けちゃいますね。
 It was awful when a female staff member, like a regular employee, told the staff “I don't know that (laughs)” during the training. When I bought my shoes, I was coldly told by the person, "I can't return them." I don't expect you to do that in front of your guests. Even if you have a product you want, you can avoid it.

店員のおばちゃん、営業時間を聞いたら、かなり面倒くさそうな態度、テニスのガット張りをしていて、余裕がなかったのか？
レジの店員さんは、笑顔で良かったです✨

商品を探すため店員に声をかけたが取り込み中のため無線で他の店員を呼ぶと、遠くから面倒くさそうにダラダラと歩いてきて印象が最悪。
一緒にいた友人も呆れて「何あの態度」と話をし、お店を出るも「ありがとうございました」の一言もない。
もう２度と行くことはない
The lack of motivation of the clerk.
I called out to the store clerk to look for a product, but when I called another store clerk wirelessly because it was being taken in, the impression was the worst because I walked with a lot of trouble from a distance.
My friend who was with me was terrified and talked about "what kind of attitude" and when I left the shop, there was no word of "Thank you".
I will never go again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ アウトドア、ゴルフ用品の品揃えがモール開設時より随分と少なくなっております。売れ筋商品しかありませんので、アウトドア、ゴルフ用品は、他店をおすすめします。
The lineup of outdoor and golf equipment is much smaller than when the mall was opened. Since there are only selling items, we recommend other stores for outdoor and golf equipment.

店員さんに、履き心地・イメージ・価格など希望を伝えて探してもらおうとしますが、店員さんは「大体この辺の棚です」と具体的な提案が出来ません。
詳しい人呼んであげりゃ良いのに…
他の社員っぽい店員さんもスルー。
年配の男性は「探してくれてありがとうね」とお礼をおっしゃっていました。
めっちゃいい人だなぁ。
レジはスポーツ興味無さそうなお化粧濃い人が爪弄りながら対応してます。
元気の良いお姉さんも居るので、今回はたまたまなのかな。
品揃えは良い方ですが、とにかく探し難い。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like this TSA location. Big enough that the selection is good but not so big that you get lost in the store. Regularly runs discounts via LINE. Located on the 2nd floor of the Gion mall, North end. Offers duty free shopping with your passport and tourist visa. Nice selection of major brands for apparel and shoes. Multiple sports represented, e.g., swimming, baseball, soccer, running, tennis, yoga, camping, snow sports, cycling, golf, etc. Staff aren't the most helpful, as in other TSA in Japan. I don't think I've ever had someone come up and offer to assist with finding a product, even though I'm in the store often and spend a fair amount of money.
