T	Takashi OGAWA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 中華そばも絶品ですが、まだ暑さも残る時期なので、今回は昆布水のつけそばを注文。茹でた麺を冷水でしめる作業などとても丁寧な仕事がされているのがカウンター越しに見えます。昆布水ヌルヌル、麺シコシコ!つけダレに付けず藻塩だけでもいけます。中盛きれいに完食しました! また別日に来店。閉店直前だっので先客１名。中華そばの並を注文。もうホントに至高一杯と言ってもいいのでは、と思いながら食しました! 伊	伊藤守 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お昼15時までの営業なので休日によくお邪魔しています。入口、食券制です。濃厚煮干しが美味しくて有名ですが個人的には、あっさりの中華そばが一番オススメです。煮干し風味をしっかり感じるスープにストレート麺が絶妙に合います。無性に食べたくなるラーメンです。また行きますね。 2021年7月再訪と言っても何度もお邪魔してますが本日久しぶりに濃厚煮干しを頂きましたので写真載せておきますね。あっさりな中華そばがイチオシですが濃厚煮干しもやはり美味しいです♪ トロミのある煮干しスープは全く臭みも無くほとんど飲み干してしまいますね。柔らかなチャーシューも大好物です。お好きな方はぜひ肉煮干し中華を選んで下さい。チャーシュー無くなり次第終了となる様です。 2021年8月再訪前から気になっていた昆布水つけそばいただきました。中華そばを食べたい誘惑をグッと我慢どうしても煮干しのラーメンが食べたくなりますね。トロミの有る昆布水にストレート麺が綺麗に盛り付けされています。藻塩を昆布水に混ぜて食べる事も楽しめます。味が濃い目の塩付け汁にはこれまた濃い目のレアチャーシューが沢山入っており、昆布水のトロミと合わさってツルっと完食です。おしゃれな盛り付けと上品なお味♪ 美味しく頂きましたが、やはり煮干しが食べたい気持ちが勝りました。また中華そば食べにお邪魔します。 It's open until 15:00 I often bother on holidays.
