【スープ】
すっきりした美味しい喜多方スープ。いくらでも飲める美味しいスープだった。和風だしも感じる。
【麺】
見た目よりまあまあコシがあっていい感じ。
【具】
喜多方らしい美味しいチャーシュー2枚。ナルトもまあまあうまい。
【ミニカツ丼】
ミニというには大きいというサプライズ。特にカツが分厚くて満足感半端ない。肉自体は流石にこの値段ゆえ極上とは言い難いが、分厚い割にサクッと噛み切れて、いい仕事をしているっぽい。
【総評】
なかなかの喜多方らーめんが食べられ、ソースカツも食べられて、会津喜多方を一気に楽しめるいい店。店も大きく、駐車場も広いため行きやすいのもポイント。店の雰囲気もいい。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 仕事の帰り十文字屋さんで、喜多方ラーメンとミニカッ丼を食べました。麺は太め固めでスープは透明な感じでメンマか大きくカッが大きくても柔らかく甘く噛みごたえがありバランス良くラーメンも美味しく、お腹が一杯に成りました。ご馳走様でした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 会津に数多くあるソースカツ丼のお店の中でも、この十文字屋さんのソースカツ丼はとても美味しく、更に普通盛りでも量が多く人気店なのが頷けます。
人気メニューは磐梯カツ丼ですが、余程お腹が空いてないと完食はキツいと思います。
残した場合、パックが無料で置いてあるので持ち帰る事も出来ます。
ヒレカツ丼はお肉が柔らかく、脂身がないので量が多くても食べやすいです。
ここの喜多方ラーメンも美味しいので、カツ丼に喜多方ミニラーメンをセットに食べるのも良いと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 十文字屋の磐梯カツ丼(1320円)、美味しかったです。カツの重さは全部で約450g、１枚200g以上のロースカツが２枚、それぞれ半分にカットされ、甘めのソースをまとっての提供となります。見た目にもインパクト十分です。カツとご飯の間には千切りキャベツが入っています。食べ方は、何も乗っていない小皿がついてきますので、その皿にカツを何枚か避難させてから食べるのが良いと思います。ねりからしが水ポット置き場にありますので、ご自由にお使いください。カツが食べきれないときは、無料でタッパーをもらえます。カツサンドも売っています。おすすめです。
