名物のラーメンとソースカツ丼両方食べたいと思ったが、ハーフがないと言うことで、会津ラーメンを頼んだ 正直、最初にスープを飲んだ瞬間味気ないと思い、麺を口に入れた瞬間のびてる?って言う感じでした 100周年と書いてるが、駅前の大衆食堂の食事であり、それ以上は期待しない方がいいです ソースカツ丼は食べてないので、なんとも言えないですが、ラーメンは頼まない方がガッカリしなくて済むと思います‼️

テレビドラマで撮影があったようで。昭和を感じさせ、満腹中枢を満たしてくれるそんなお店!自分の街では見られなくなった食堂。美味しく、ソースカツ丼を頂きました!

有名な老舗食堂との事。 そんな情報を聞いてお邪魔した古きよき生活感のある駅前食堂です。 ソースカツ丼とても美味しかったです。 カツもソースも絶品そのもの。 お昼しか営業していないらしいので、会津若松訪問は午前中がオススメ。 それほど私にとって会津若松=マルモ食堂と言う図式が成り立ってしまっているのです。

昼食をどこで取ろうか見渡した時、こちらのお店が見えました。迷わず入店。ソースカツ丼を注文。カツにソースが染み込んでいるのですがまだサックリした歯応えで美味しかった。ミニラーメンみたいなのがあればもっと良かったかな。

仕事で会津若松に行った際に立ち寄りました。 会津若松駅前は思ったより何もなくGoogle Mapで調べてこの店が良さそうだなと思い入店。 あの櫻井翔君が撮影で使ったこともあるとの常法が更にあとおし。 店内はおもいっきり昭和にタイムスリップ。 昭和世代だが懐かしいとかそういう気持ちより、こういうのが昭和と言う印象。 おばあちゃん店員さんに注文する際は大きな声で言わないと伝わらないので注意。 会津ラーメンを注文し10分弱で着丼。 味が薄いという書き込みも見たので、じっくりスープを味わう。 確かに薄い。。。薄いけどうまみは無くは無い。 濃い味に慣れてる世代としては物足りないかな。 食べるにつれて味の薄さが、うーんに変化し最後まで美味しく!とはいきませんでした。 まぁ、都内のラーメン屋と比べるのは間違ってると思いますが、旨味の研究を重ねたラーメンよりは微妙。 でも、こういうのもたまには良いかなといった具合です。

As you eat, the lightness of the taste changes to a good taste until the end! Did not go. 2203訪問 日曜日の14時前入店。 先客は1名とランチタイムも落ち着いたタイミングのよう。 会津若松の名物グルメのソースカツ丼(1000円)を注文。 15分程度で着丼。 ボリュームあるロースカツは薄い衣でサクッとした食感。 揚げたカツをソースに浸してるタイプではなく、ご飯にのせた後にソースをかけたタイプのよう。 ソースはウスターの風味に近い割と辛めの感じでカツをあっさりと食べさせる仕上がりです。 福井のソースカツ丼ではなく、長野県の駒ヶ根ソースカツ丼に似ている感じです。 ロースカツのクオリティとしては1000円という値付けは妥当に感じました。 個人店で老齢のご夫婦でされてるお店でゆったりした空気感の中での営業です。 時間ない時にスピーディにささっと食べたい。というのはむずかしいので時間に余裕を持って訪問してください。 星は3つかな。ゆったりとした日曜日の遅めの昼食を楽しませてもらいました。

昭和レトロな感じの好きな食堂です。 ソースカツ丼は、サクサクのカツは肉厚のロース肉で甘辛いソースにシャキシャキのキャベツが良いアクセントになって食が進みます。そしてお新香もしょっぱすぎず丁度良い塩加減で、お土産に欲しい感じです。チャーシュー麺は、チョット縮れた太麺。スープの色は薄いですが、飾りっ気のない素朴な感じの懐かしい味。 どちらもとても美味しかったです。

Had dinner here because we were in a hurry to catch our train and didn't want to be late. We were the only customers in the restaurant but the food was pretty good. I ordered the Sauce-katsudon, and it was big enough to satisfy my hunger. The taste was fine. The drinks were kinda expensive. I think I paid 300 yen for a 230ml sized coke bottle. The old lady who owns the restaurant was polite and served us our food in an efficient manner. The restaurant has seen better days though. It looks old and worn down. It was a little depressing eating there, I have to admit. But still, it was an ok place to eat.
