★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 日曜日のお昼に訪問。運良くお座敷席へすぐに案内される。
着座し店内を眺めながる。古民家を利用した店内はカウンター席お座敷、テーブル席となっており、天井には田植えで使われる木の枠が照明となっていていい感じに調和している。
しばらくメニューとにらめっこし注文したのはへぎそば、海鮮天ぷら、舞茸天ぷら。と、ノンアル。
舞茸の一番うまい食べ方はやっぱり天ぷらだなと思える一品。
海鮮天ぷらは海老が大きくうまい。
牡蠣の天ぷら初めて食べました。これまためちゃめちゃうまい！穴子天ぷらも、ふわっふわでお酒がほしくなるところですがノンアルでガマン(笑)
へぎそばはのとごしも良く、歯ごたえもあり間違いない。箸が止まりません。そばの表面が乾かないうちに豪快に音を立ててすすりましょう(笑)
蕎麦粉100%に布海苔をつなぎにのそばの蕎麦湯はかなり濃厚。そばのうまみがギュッと詰まった〆となりました。
大変おいしかったです。

Hegi soba noodles are smooth and chewy. The chopsticks don't stop. Let's make a loud noise and sip before the surface of the buckwheat dries (laugh)
The buckwheat hot water of buckwheat, which is made by connecting 100% buckwheat flour and cloth seaweed, is quite rich. The umami of the buckwheat noodles is tightly packed.
It was very delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 蕎麦粉100%、小麦粉使用せずに繋ぎに布海苔と聞いて行きたい！って思ってました。いちまるセットの小天丼を頼みました。ツルコシで美味しく、蕎麦つゆも鰹だしがしっかり効いた美味しいつゆでした。天丼も天ぷらサクサクで天丼つゆも私好みの甘辛い天丼つゆで満足！

前日、戸隠で十割を頂きましたが、それぞれのしつらえです。どちらも美味しく比べる必要はないと思います。
みずみずしいそばと天ぷらのボリュームも十分、スタッフのお姉さま方は明るい接客で感じか良かった。
Ojiya Hegi Soba was delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ おぢや麺フェスの限定メニューの、自家製甘麹とラクレットチーズのカレー南蛮そばを食べました。カレー南蛮そばに甘麹とラクレットチーズを加えて、まろやかさがアップしてます。でも、後から辛さもありとても美味しかったです。店員さんの気遣いも大変良くて良かったです。ちょっと足元が寒かったですが、この季節ですから仕方ないですね。また行ってみたいですね。
