y	yuriko on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 小さい子どもが二人いるため、平日17時頃お客さんが少ない時間帯に伺いました。セットメニューを頼みましたが、鉄板が温まっていないチャーハンが届き、とき卵を入れましたが、固まらず生のままで店員さんを呼び交換してもらいました。(こちらのチャーハンは熱した鉄板にといた卵を流し込み、お客がご飯と混ぜて完成させるスタイルです。) そのあとも餃子が届かず、店員さんに伝えましたが待てど暮せど一向に来ず、他のものを食べ終わってしまったため、帰りました。厨房には5名ほど調理スタッフさんがいて、お客さんもほとんど店内にいないのに、なぜこのような大きなミスが連続で起きたのか不思議です。またこちらの他の方の口コミを拝見しましたが、店長さんが良い口コミにだけ返事をして、評価の低い口コミはスルーしています。そういうマイナス面を見てみぬふりをされているから、このような失態が起きると思いますので、指摘されたところは真摯に受け止めて改善された方が良いと思います。 Since I have two small children, I visited around 17:00 on weekdays when there were few customers. 粗	粗挽きウィンナー大使ぴの子 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昔、御殿場に出張してたとき、たまに食べていたのだけれど、どうにも車でないとアクセスがあまりよくない場所に多く、7年ぶりくらいな感じに、急激に食べたくなる病に襲われたので、車を出せと脅して、伺いました。接客が元気で素晴らしい。重飲食って大変だと思うのですが、みなさんハキハキ元気で気持ちの良い接客です。ランチタイムで、肉そばと餃子3つを食べたかったのですが、単品で餃子3つはないらしく、肉そば、餃子3、白米のランチにして、白米をなしにしてもらいました。もちろん、味玉絶対入れるマンなので、味玉肉そばに。久しぶりに美味しかった！！個人的にはバラ肉とか油の肉は結構すきなので、今度は肉ダブルでもいいかなーなんて思いました。丸源さんの肉そばは複雑な味がして、なんか美味しいんですよね。もちろんラーメンは好き好きだと思いますが、麺も、最近流行りの死ぬほどこだわってる麺というよりは、安定のチェーン店クオリティ的な麺で、むしろそれが食べたい。場所柄頻繁は行けないけど、近くにあったら結構行くのになー。お店増えて欲しいけど、国道沿いに大きめの店を出すのが戦略なのかな？また行きたいです。 A long time ago, when I was on a business trip to Gotemba, I used to eat occasionally, but there were many places where access was not so good without a car, and after about 7 years, I suddenly got sick of wanting to eat. m	mizuki o1 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 子供連れて３人で食べに来ました。前は練馬関町店に行っていたけど近くに出来たので来てみました。17時前に入ったので空いていたのですが子供連れてたので座席にしようと思っていましたが、お店に入ったら真ん中のベンチシートの席に案内されてしまい、座席は誰もいなかったので、空いてる時間は座席は使ってないのかと諦めました。注文して料理が来てから子供連れた人が来店して案内する人かテーブルか座敷か聞いていて自分もあの店員さんに案内して欲しかったと思いました。紙クーポンがあったので持ってきて使ったんですが、スマホクーポンと併用出来ないと紙クーポンを使いましたが、３人ともスマホ持ってたのでスマホクーポンのがトクだったと後から気がつき損した気分になりました。店員さんに案内された時に座敷がいいとか、紙クーポンよりスマホクーポンのがお得だという事をその時に気がつかない自分が悪いんだけど、関町店は席も必ずテーブルか座敷か聞いてくれるので少し遠くても次は関町店にしようかなと思いました。味はとても美味しくて満足しています。席が真ん中のベンチシートで周りの目が気になって。。今日は居心地が悪かったのでこの点数をつけました。 Three people came to eat with their children.
