張	張奉仁 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ これまでは回転寿司にも関わらず、丁寧な仕事と質の高いネタで、非常に訪問を楽しみにしていた。本日訪れたら、コロナ対策のせいかタッチパネル式になっており、「お、ついに導入か」程度に思っていた。しかし、なんだかメニューもそうだが全体的にコストを下げるための改悪ばかりが目立つ結果となった。タッチパネルでは一度に4皿しか頼めないのが玉に瑕だが、それはまだ良い。しかし反応が悪く検索もしづらく、なんだか途中で「もういいや」ってなってしまう。店内に掲示されている本日のお薦めが、このメニューのどこにあるのかが分かりづらく、結局オーダーを断念した。また、ここの店舗は天ぷらなど揚げ物が非常に上手で、すんごく楽しみにしていたのだが、天ぷらは湯葉の天ぷらのみを残して消えてしまい、楽しみが更に半減した。ただ、新メニューの鯖のフライはお薦めだ。シャリも機械を導入したらしく、くら寿司みたいな寿司になった。口の中でほどける程よい握りはもう見られない。この価格帯なら、そこは死守して欲しかった。実は銚子丸はプリンが非常に美味い。美味いのだが、これまではボリュームもしっかりあったのが、3割減のちまっとした量になってしまった。毎週通っていたが、もうおそらく訪れることはないだろう。たま～～～にチェックして、昔日の栄光を取り戻したらまた通うかも知れない。 Until now, despite the conveyor belt sushi, I was very much looking forward to the visit with careful work and high quality material.
