うどんは美味しいけど、店員さんの応対が… 全然混んでない(私ともう一人)店内で、うどんを持ってレジの前で待ってる私の横を食器とか片付けてる店員さんが何度か通りすぎたのに、「レジお願いします!」とか「お待たせしました、お会計ですね」とかの声かけもなく素通り。 「え?私のこと見えてないの?うどん伸びるじゃん、こんなに空いてるのにお会計すぐしてもらえなくて店員各々客対応以外の作業優先するって何?」と苛々。こちらから「すみません、お会計先ほどからしていただくの待ってるんですが…」と声かけてしてもらうも、「大変お待たせしました」とか一言もなし。 レジの前で立って何分か待ってる私を見てたよね??と思ってますます苛々。 卓上の醤油は空っぽのまま置きっぱなしなので離れた他の卓からわざわざ持ってきて返さなきゃいけないし…すごく混雑してるならともかく、14時過ぎで客は二人くらいしかいない店内でこの応対はない。 うどんは美味しいけど、接客、応対、テーブル管理が出来てなくて苛々するからもう伊那店にはいかないと思う。

普通の人に比べたら結構丸亀行ってる方の人間 です、月0〜2回程度行ってます ここの丸亀製麺は 総合評価「2」です。 丸亀製麺はいつどんな時でも安く美味しいうどんや天ぷらが食べられる事で有名なのですが ここの丸亀製麺は 偶にうどんや天ぷらの品質が落ちている 事があります。 特にかしわ天です、一番人気の天ぷらと言っても過言ではない天ぷら なのに鶏肉の筋を切るのを忘れて気持ち悪い食感になっている事があります。何度か来た事がある人なら気付いてると思いますが マジでそういう天ぷら1度食べちゃうと 次から食欲失せちゃうので。 店員の方揚げ方、下処理には気を付けて下さい。 うどんも10回行ったら2回は茹で過ぎて 腰が緩く足りなかったり 逆に少し硬かったり という事もあります。 キチンと茹で時間を守らなきゃダメですよ。 麺業界での茹で時間はシビアです。 自分も昼にそうめんを良く茹でますが 茹で時間20.30秒の違いで食感は 全く違う物になります。 と言った感じで美味しい時は美味しいですがミスも結構目立ってるので星2とさせて頂きました 2021/4月頃 午後 牛すじ釜玉うどん…?を頼んだのですが なんかめちゃくちゃ牛肉赤かったですね、 提供前に焼くの辞めたのですか…?なんか冷たかったし、まあ牛肉なので良いですけど赤いのが標準、ノーマルならサンプルの釜玉の画像 赤い牛肉のに変えた方が良いのでは…? と思いました。 2021/6/30日 午後 今日行った時なんか揚げ物を取る皿が油でぬるぬるでした、こんな時期に何やってるんですか、 私は神経質では無いので普通にそこに天ぷら乗っけて食いましたが人にご飯を提供する飲食店なら食器くらい立派に洗って下さい。 なんかクレーマーみたいな感じで申し訳ないっスけど自分のお店の悪点に気付いて改善する良い機会です、こんな細かく言ってくれる人間 中々いませんよ 一度マニュアル等見直してみては。 2021.10/31追記 久しぶりに行きましたが、やはりこのお店の難題は特に茹で時間です、茹で時間をもっと意識して注意して下さい、うどんが硬くてパサついてます。 至極残念です。 因みに外の茶猫は可愛いですね もし軽く保護してあげているなら爪を切ってあげると良いでしょうね。少し痛い(´ω`)
