k	k Tania on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 8ヶ月の娘を連れて家族3人で京都駅付近で食事をすることになりました。娘を抱っこして疲れていたので通りがかりでこちらのお店に入店しましたが、入ってすぐ年配の女性従業員に『ちょっとすいませんけど、赤ん坊連れてはるけど今真ん中の相席のカウンターのテーブルしか空いてませんよ』と無愛想に言われ、確かに満席で混んでましたがその言い方…『いらっしゃいませ』もありませんでした。着席すると案の定水もお茶も出てこない... やっと従業員が注文を聞きにきたと思ったら『歯が生えてない赤ちゃんにうちの冷たいうどんは歯がたたないので食べられませんよ』と言われました。丁度座敷が空いたので、小さな子供がいるので座敷に移動してもいいですか？と男性のオーナーらしき方に了承を頂き移動したとたん、女性の従業員に『4人掛けのテーブルに座りたいのは皆一緒です。勝手に移動しないでください！』と大声で怒鳴られ、小さな娘がいるので移動させてと了承頂いたと説明すると『赤ん坊は座敷はお断りしてます！』とまた大声で言われました。こちらのお店は老舗と伺っておりますが、こんな酷い接客をするお店は初めてで、よく今まで営業してこれたなと思います。赤ん坊が入店できないなら入り口に書いておけば良いのでは？従業員の対応にまわりの客もドン引きでした。実際うどんにコシはありますが、8ヶ月の子でも細かくすれば全然食べれる感じです。味は普通。とくに美味しとは思わない。値段設定高め、量は普通より少し多めだと思います。こんなお店二度と行きません。 With an 8-month-old daughter, we decided to have a meal near Kyoto Station with three families.
