ラーメン、のりトッピング、細麺をオーダーしました。家系ラーメンで細麺が選べるのは嬉しい。硬めに茹でてあるコリコリ気味の細麺はスープとも良く絡み、美味しくいただけました。チャーシューがもう少し柔らかくなると更に良いと思います。
I ordered ramen, seaweed toppings, and thin noodles. I'm glad that you can choose thin noodles from Iekei Ramen. The hard-boiled, crunchy thin noodles were well entwined with the soup and were delicious. I think it would be even better if the char siu became a little softer.

マイルドな家系ラーメン。クセ少なめ。にんにく豆板醤でワイルドにいただく。トッピングがお得。チャーシューは味のある柔らか煮豚。煮卵も味しっかり。赤い看板に赤い服装なのでセイヤと読みそうだがマコトヤ。カウンターのみ9席ワンオペ。湯切りがやたら男前。子ども用フォークあり。
Mild family ramen. Less habit. Have it wild with garlic doubanjiang. Great toppings. Char siu is a tasty soft-boiled pork. Boiled eggs also taste good. 検診後に腹減りすぎて訪問。ラーメン太麺大盛サービス濃いめ、小ライス(有料)。もう何年ぶりか分からない再訪。 濃いめにしたものの、そこまでは濃くなく、食べやすかった。角煮も評判いいみたいなので、替え玉含め次回のお楽しみに。ご馳走様でした。

たまに訪問するお店。 昼時は店外で並んでいる人も見かける。 注文は食券制でお水は食券機の横にあるのでセルフで持ってくる。 今回は仕事帰りに立ち寄って赤辣麺を注文、850円。 麺は細麺と太麺が選べ、オススメを聞いたら好きな方でとのことだったので細麺を選択。 豚骨ベースでラー油で辛味をつけているらしい。 そこまで辛くはなく、ちょっと辛いくらいに感じた。 しっかり豚骨の風味もあって美味しいと思ったが、個人的には塩辛く感じた。 細麺だとスープが絡まりすぎるのだろうか?

【誠屋 大森山王店】※百麺系譜 こちらは百麺さんと同じ系列ですね。 誠屋さんの本店は八幡山にあります。 お店の前にパーキングメーターがあるのが最高です♪ 厨房内には大寸胴が3つ。スープはしっかり炊いてていい香りがしますね(^.^) 製麺所不明の麺はテボで茹でていました。 6~7分待って着丼しました。 かなり湯切りはしっかりやっていました。 スープは豚骨先行に近いバランス型です。 少し粘度のあるスープは鶏油は気持ち少なめ。ほんのり香る感じです。 最初、軽いかなあ?って思ったけど よく混ぜると豚骨のコクがしっかり感じられました。 若干獣感もあって、口にいい余韻が残ります。 なかなかバランスがいいですね。 醤油感はちょうどいいかな。 塩分はそれなりにあるけど、 かえしがまろやかなのでマイルドで飲みやすいですね。 スープ量はちょっと少なめでした。 麺はちょっと太めのストレート麺。 少し芯が残るような硬さで提供されました。 でも食べているうちにちょうどよくなってきます。 加水が高めで弾力がある麺は、ちょっと麺が勝ってる印象でした。 チャーシューは肩ロースで大きさや厚さは普通。 ちょっとピンク色っぽかったですが、食感は割としっかりしてて 少し歯に挟まる感じ。 結構塩分強めな味付けでした。 ほうれん草は多め。テボで温めていたので熱々でした。 風味は良かったけど、少し水っぽかったです。 海苔増しは6枚。デフォ1枚。 大きさは普通。 若干目が粗い海苔はスープに浸すと、破けることは無いけど少し弱め。 磯の香りがするタイプで、風味はまあまあ良かったです。 薬味のネギは先入れの微塵切りが少量で主張しません。 うん。なかなか良かった。 今まで食べたこの系列のお店の中では、 油もクドくなく、好きなバランスでした。 強めが好きな方なら味濃いめとかでもアリかも。 ラーメン+海苔増し。

Oh. This place taste is actually good. The only problem I have with it is the smell. You can smell it like 300m away. Poor people who live above the restaurant. I bet the owner gives them free ramen forever.

Nothing fancy, but really tasty. Just a good, standard neighborhood ramen shop. I especially like that they have spinach available as an extra topping, & they give you a large amount when you order it. =)
