★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大森の駅で美味しいつけ麺屋はあるか調べたところ見つかったので行きました。ゆずつけ麺、並。ここは麺を増やすと別料金がかかります。夕飯までの時間もそんなになかったので並でいいか、ということで並に。量は多くはありません。ここのゆずは恐らくつけダレにゆずエキスのような物を入れていると思うので、しっかり強めです。香りがしっかりしてるのでいいですね。自分は柚子が好きなので。麺は喉越しも良く美味しかったです。確か他のつけ麺もあるので、柚子が苦手でも大丈夫です。ここは自家製麺なのでその様子も見られますよ。
味としてはよくある感じなので感動はなかったですが、普通に美味しかったです。最後、退店する時に店員さんが入り口まで来て見送ってくれたのは良かったです。そういうの大事ですね！総じてこの評価です☆
 I searched for a delicious tsukemen shop at Omori station and found it, so I went there. Yuzu tsukemen, average. If you add more noodles here, you will be charged an extra fee. I didn't have much time until dinner, so I wondered if it would be okay. The amount is not large. I think that the yuzu here has something like yuzu extract in the sauce, so it's strong. It's nice because it has a strong scent. I like Yuzu. The noodles were delicious and had a good throat. Certainly there are other tsukemen, so it's okay if you don't like yuzu. This is homemade noodles so you can see how it looks.
I wasn't impressed because it tastes so common, but it was usually delicious. Lastly, it was good that the clerk came to the entrance and saw me off when I left the store. That's important! This evaluation is generally ☆

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 券売機で食券を先に買って、案内された席に着いて、店員さんに麺の固さなどの好みを伝えます。
柚風つけ麺をいつも頼みます。
外国人の店員さんでしたが、日本語すごく上手で、感じが良かったです、
Buy the meal ticket first at the ticket machine, take the seat you are guided to, and tell the clerk your taste such as the hardness of the noodles.
I always order Yuzu-style tsukemen.
I was a foreign clerk, but I was very good at Japanese and felt good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ メニューが豊富で食べ比べが楽しみです。製麺を名乗るだけあって麺の風味が良く、出汁をつけずに味わうのもアリです。まだ１つしか味わっていないので星は中庸でつけてあります。
The menu is abundant and I am looking forward to eating and comparing. The noodles have a good flavor just because they call themselves noodles, and it is also an ant to taste without adding soup stock. I have only tasted one, so the stars are moderately attached.

饂飩のようなこしがあって、
モチモチの美味しさ。
スープもよく絡んで、
なると懐かしく
食べやすく切り揃えられた
角切りのメンマとチャーシューが
味染々で美味しかったですみょ????
スープを薄める汁もテーブルにあって親切。
柚子が苦手な人は、スタッフさんに言えば、柚子抜きできます。
フォトに写り込んでるタコライスは、聞かないで下さい(個人的感想)

The deliciousness of the chewy texture.

The diced menma and char siu
It was so tasty and delicious ????
The soup that dilutes the soup is also kind on the table.
If you are not good at Yuzu, you can remove Yuzu from the staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always see their big poster of yuzu tsukemen and I finally was able to try it. It was okay, but I should’ve also ordered aji tamago and gyoza. The tsukemen soup tasted better without adding the soup stock afterwards.
After eating, I realized that I’ve been to the same tsukemen stall (Mitsuyado Seimen) in Manila because they had the same logo. It was one of my favorite ramen/tsukemen joints there.
