鶏生醤油特性ラーメンを頂きました 具材が個々に美味しい チャーシュー、鶏、挽き肉? と 肉類3種 ネギも青ネギ部分と白ネギ?部分を分けて配置 て メンマと卵 メンマは長いメンマ 味が良い感じで 生醤油のスープと違う味で ラーメン食べながらの 箸休め的な食べ方が出来るのが良かった で、 麺はかなりの細麺 個人的には太麺好きなのだが この鶏生醤油には、美味しく スープ纏わせながらすすれる スープに合う組み合わせの麺 麺食べながら で ちょうど良い感じだったので 飲めないかな? っと思ってたけど 麺食べ終わった後も ソノママスープのんじゃいました ハテナ? 何だろ? スープ何気に飲みきる美味しさだった

近所にあるラーメン屋なので、よく食べに行っています。はじめに食べた時は、結構薄味だなって思っていましたが、通い続けるにつれて、この優しい味が身に染みるようになってきました。他のラーメン屋に行っても、ちょっと味が濃いなって思って、クワトロの方がいいなって感じるようになっています。ラーメンのレパートリーもいくつかあるので、飽きずに通えます。おすすめです。

チャーシュー丼(小)思ったより肉がいっぱいで美味しかった。 ただ、タレの味が結構濃いので塩ラーメンのスープの味が負けてるかも。 一口目に飲んだスープは結構しっかりした印象だったけど丼食べてからだと薄く感じる。 醤油ラーメンだとまた違うのかもしれませんが。

食材に拘って作ったとのふれこみだったが店内が臭くラーメンにもその臭いが感じられた。仕込みの際の処理がきちんと出来ていないと思う、スープの味も単調で深みがなく、自慢の鳥チャーシューも味付けがラーメンの中に入れるには繊細過ぎ。低温調理を見せびらかしたいだけにかんじ、ラーメンに負けていた。あの調理なら単品、若しくはチャーシュー主体の料理にしないと勿体ない。後何かそぼろ?みたいな中途半端な挽き肉の塊も入っていたがよく意味が解らない。スープを作った際の残りカスみたいな感じで全体の食感を悪くしていた。 そして何よりも店員の質の悪さ。無愛想で笑顔なんか全くなく、声も動きもダルそうなやる気のなさ!なんの為に飲食工、接客業やってるのか?あれなら1人で無言で工場ででも働いた方が良いと思う。おまけに注文を作るよりも洗い物ばかりやっていてそのままの手で料理も出してくるのが今のご時世で信じられなかった。 次はもう行かないと思う。

Why are you doing food and drink business and hospitality business? In that case, I think it would be better to work alone at the factory silently. As a bonus, I couldn't believe that I was doing more washing than making an order and serving food with my own hands. I don't think I'll go next time anymore.

No wifi connection but there are many USB plugs on the table(you need the cable to use these). They have 4 kinds of ramen (1 is not available yet). The neighbor "Home made ramen Muginae" is very popular but you should try here as well.

Great food, great service and great value. Not to mention artificial colour/flavour dishes and noodles that are made onsite by a passionate chef. Happy!
