★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今までいろんなクリニックにいったけどここはいい意味で美容クリニックらしくなく、アットホームな感じ。脱毛初めてだったけど最初に院長が丁寧にカウンセリングしてくれるから安心して施術を受けられた。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 全員ではないとは思いますが、歳下だからなのか知りませんが、お客さんに対しての接客の対応が軽すぎです。来てすぐタメ口で対応するのはどうかと思いました。
また、光脱毛へ通ってた事をお話しすればそのお店の悪口も軽く話されたので気分悪くなります。
他店舗を見下すような発言ではなく、こちらの店舗の強みを発言する方がいいですよ。
その他、遅刻してしまうと料金発生するのですが、遅刻するこちらが悪いのですが、何故遅刻したのかを尋ねず、請求ばかり求めるのはどうかと思いました。私がその時遅刻したのは、無くしたら困るだろう落し物を警察に届けに行ってました。届けに行った事で、理由も聞かず請求された側としては理不尽だなと思いました。それでも請求されるとしてもどうしたかの理由を聞くべきかなと私は思います。
こちらはお金出して通ってる客であります。それなりの対応の方してほしいですね。

他のクリニックに以前通って居ましたが、予約も取りにくく別の所を探していました。
ここのクリニックは他に比べてスタッフさんの接客対応も良く、予約もラインで24時間対応だし再診察も先生が毎回してくれてビックリしました！！
2回目ですが効果も出てきたので、興味ある友人に紹介します(^^)

ただ最後に狭いメイクルームで長い時間、自分の気にしているところをずっと話されプランをゴリ押しされて、正直悲しかったしはやくお家に帰りたいなと思いました。
それまでは効果が出たら通うことも検討しようと思っていましたが、2度と行きたくなりました。

レーザー脱毛ですが思ったほど痛みをあまり感じないです。でも脱毛効果は3回目からは太い毛以外はほぼ無毛の状態になりびっくりしました。

丁寧な接客や言葉遣いをお願いしたいです。
予約日を間違えられ催促の電話がきたり変更した日時に足を運んでも予約日間違っていませんかと訪ねられる。
施術中に部屋を移動してほしいといわれ下着も付けずに隣の部屋だからと言われタオルケット1枚で廊下を歩かされる。その際に申し訳ありませんの一言も無く何度か移動があったのでマナーや態度、マニュアルがしっかりしてないんだなと感じました。
そして行く度に友人紹介を促されます。
満足のいく接客ならば友人紹介したくなりますが不快に思うほどなので紹介出来ないです。
毎度行く度にストレスが溜まります。
効果もあまりみられず残念です。
院長先生に施術してほしいなといつも思います。
