ひと声かけてようやく案内されるも対応は最悪。
もう二度といきません。
処方してほしい薬があり、事前に電話の受付に処方できることを確認したのに、実際に医師に会うとうちでは出してないという始末。
行くことを二度とおすすめしない。

ほんの少しだけ話して1600円ってぼったくりでしょ。
院内で情報共有が全くされてない。
同じ事何度も何度も聞かれてうんざりです。
こちらの要望を診察の先生に言っても実際に治療する看護師に共有されてないから診察の意味が無い。
いい加減体制を改善しないとお客さん来なくなると思います。
それなりに高い料金支払ってるのだからしっかりして欲しいです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 施術自体には満足だが、カーテンで一部仕切られている部屋で着替え中に看護師が誤って入ってきたり、ギラギラしたヴァンクリのピアスを付けた医師がカウンセリングに来たりと、かなり不快だった。

他のクリニックは１度だけ診察はありますが。。
コースを購入して施術受ける時も毎回診察です
既にベッドに寝て準備したまま横からカーテンをめくり入ってきて小脇に座り、診察です
顔も見ませんし一分程で終わります
他には、時間厳守ですが、とにかく待ちます
そして、受付？会計横の時計は5分早いです
また、施術のベッドは簡易的なもので当方細身(普段Sサイズ)ですが横たわると
点滴の際は片方ギリギリまで寄せないと点滴する側のスペースが取れません
寄せた側の肩ははみ出ますし腕は不安定です
点滴中は剥き出しの白い蛍光灯が目に入り目を閉じても眩しい。気が利く他のクリニックでは光を調整してくれます
他の美容クリニックで点滴するとふかふかのリクライニングでドリンク付きの所もあるのに(そこは再診料無し)、こちらのクリニックはプラスアルファな待遇や施設は準備されていません

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ シーラボを作ったクリニックだというので伺いましたが、スタッフの方も担当してくれた医師も感じが良く、何年も通い続けています。
クリニック内は入った瞬間からいい香りがします。土日は混み合っていて待つこともありますが、何時間も待つようなことは今までありません。
いろいろなクリニックにも行ってみましたが、
結果シロノクリニックの方が良くて戻ってきています。ニキビ跡、シミ、シワ、さまざまな相談をして治療も数知れず行いましたが、満足しています。
これからも通い続けていきたいと思います。

はじめは看護師さんのカウンセリングがあり、そこでシミの悩みを聞いてもらいました。聞きたいことがたくさんあったのですが、全ての質問に丁寧に答えてくれた印象でした。そのあと女性の医師に診察してもらい、より詳しく治療に関する説明を受けました。私の肌にはフォトシルクプラスがおすすめらしく、コースで申し込みをしました。
今は2回目終えたところですが、少しシミが薄くなった実感があり感動しています。肌全体がトーンアップするとも言われたので、今後が楽しみです。良いクリニックに出会えて良かったと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 医者が必ず施術するとのことでこちらの医院を選択。平日に来院。質問はこれでもかというくらいいろいろ聞きましたが、医者ではない担当の方の機械の説明が誤っていたのが気になりました（私のそばかすに適した機械の説明が数十分ほど間違えたままでしたが、平謝りで再度説明してくださった&そばかすは可愛いですよとも言ってくれたので◎）。最終的には担当の方も医者も不安を取り除くようにきちんと説明してくれるし、無駄に治療や商品を押し付ける感じもなくてよかったです。施術そのものは15分位で終わりましたが効果／経過をみるのでひとまず★5。どこまで変わるか楽しみ。希望を言うならウォーターサーバーが欲しいです?

そばかすとホクロががない！！1発の照射で7割方消えてる！！すごい！！頬骨付近に残ってるのは私が怖がってたからかな？こんな効果てきめんならばガシガシ照射していただきたい。すごーい！あと肌がワントーン明るくなった。マスクしてるから気づかれにくいけど美容師とパートナーがこれ（良い意味で）すっぴんなの？的な驚き方してたー！
