E	Elie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1万円でお祝いの花を買ったがすごいショボかった。他の花屋だと三千円くらいで出来そう。何度か注文しているので大丈夫と思ったが、今回はひつこく電話で色やら何やら細かく聞かれて答えたのにも関わらず、頼んだものと色も違うし、全く要望通りになっておらず、聞く意味があるのだろうか。しかも何度目かの客を覚えていない。経営がうまくいっていないのか、取りに行った時に流石に素人でも分かるほど萎びた枯れた花まで入っているので、やり直し欲しいとお願いするが、アレンジメントなので切ってしまっているから出来ないと、金切り声で睨みながら言われた。頼んだ色も違うしと粘ったが、別料金がかかりますが宜しいですね！と、これまた怖い。花を作る旦那がやり直しを提案しているにも関わらず、奥さんの方はさもこちらが悪いと強気な姿勢。追加でお金を払うなら別で注文した方がマシなので支払いをし、結局別の花屋でお願いした。正直接客業としてあり得ない。周りに聞いてみるとこの奥さんのせいで評判が悪いお店らしい。花も質が悪く、値段に見合わないとか。2度と利用しない。 I bought a festive flower for 10,000 yen, but it was amazing. 秋	秋山直美 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 天神山プラザで2年ぶりに開催される書道展の、お祝いのお花をお願いしました。会場が白壁なので「会場に映える艶やかなアレンジメントを」とお願いしました。ギャラリー入り口で、一際目を引く素敵なアレンジメント。主催の先生方がとても喜んでくださいました。花キューピットを利用しようかと考えたのですが、定額購入だったので希望する金額の商品がなかったこと。直接お店でお願いしようと思っても、花キューピット加盟店が近くに無かったということもあり利用を断念。天満屋に行く時に素敵なお花屋さんがあったな！と思い出してリーフさんにお願いしました。アレンジメントの内容、金額など電話で相談。支払いもPayPay利用させていただいたので、家にいながらオーダーできました。リーフさんにお願いしてよかったー♬ 本当にお世話になりました。また、お店にもお邪魔したいです^ - ^ I asked for a festive flower for the calligraphy exhibition that will be held at Tenjinyama Plaza for the first time in two years.
