K	K Kat on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ モンブランの取扱店であるが、製品に関する基本的に知識が欠如していた。具体的には、クルーズコレクションとPIXコレクションの区別がついていなかった。電話確認時に、クルーズコレクションの商品を在庫を確認していたのだが、店員が出してきたのは、PIXコレクションの方だった。遠方から来たのに、時間の無駄になった。ユーザーの知識レベル以下の知識しか持っていない店員がいること、また、その後の対応も含め失望した。　一応フォローしておくと、店の雰囲気はいいですよ。 Although it is a Montblanc dealer, it basically lacked knowledge about products.
