Thank you for renting a kimono for my daughter's coming-of-age ceremony. I wanted to dress my younger daughter as a mama, so I asked her to consult with me about removing stains. All the staff are very kind and warm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 着物を着る機会がなかったけど、ぶらり日和で着物を来たり、食事をしたり色々な、企画があり、楽しいです。日時が都合よく合えば参加することを楽しみにしてます。
I didn't have a chance to wear a kimono, but it's fun to have various plans such as coming to a kimono and having a meal in a sunny day. I am looking forward to participating if the date and time are convenient.

着物の試着の時は機嫌よく必死な対応をします。その後の対応は適当です。相談をしてももう決めてるならそれでいいと言われました。決めたあとの相談には乗ってくれません。最後に着るまで対応のよい店を選んだ方がいいです。
It's the worst.
When trying on a kimono, I will be in a good mood and desperately respond. Subsequent response is appropriate. I was told that it would be okay if I had already decided even if I consulted. They will not be available for consultation after deciding. You should choose a store that is compatible until the last time you wear it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今年は娘の成人式でした。準備込みで二年位お世話になりました。終始親切丁寧で、前撮りも非常に良い写真撮って頂き、また当日の記念品の名前を上手く纏めてくれたミニ額縁も感激致しました。皆さんオススメです。
This year was my daughter's adult ceremony. Thank you for taking care of me for about two years including preparations. I was very kind and polite from beginning to end, and I was impressed by the mini-frames that took very good pictures and put together the names of the souvenirs of the day. I recommend it to everyone.
