ひ	ひめから手帖 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 北浜にレトロで趣きのあるフレンチレストラン。建物全てがこちらのお店で所有しておられルポンドシエルさん以外の店舗も入っています。ミシュラン1つ星のお店。昔と違い、フロマージュのワゴンサービスは無くなりましたが伝統を守るフレンチは相変わらず美味しかったです。 A retro and quaint French restaurant in Kitahama. All the buildings are owned by this shop There are also stores other than Rupond Ciel. 1 Michelin star shop. Our shop was closed each time under the state of emergency, so we visited the shop for the first time for the third time and went to the shop two years ago. We have a tie-up with Guy Lassausaie near Lyon, so the interior atmosphere is similar. The setting was intimate and very comfortable, a beautiful contemporary room in an elegant building. The staff were friendly yet professional and the service was fantastic. Every dish from start to finish was superb. The flavours were fantastic, so well balanced and everything was perfectly cooked. This really was a high end dining experience and the sommelier made great recommendations. We loved every minute. Thank you so much.
