M	Mina Sakurada on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチに訪問。何度か通りかかって気になってたお店。前菜、スープ、メイン、デザートのBコースをチョイス。メインは若鶏のコンフィ。前菜は3種盛合せで生ハムサラダ、豚肉のリエット、スズキのエスカベッシュ。入店時にお急ぎですか？と確認されたので時間かかるものだと思いきや、すぐにサーブしてくれたのでありがたや。スープはとうもろこしの冷製ポタージュ。野菜の甘みが美味しい。メインの若鶏のコンフィは皮目パリパリで火の通し具合は◎ シンプルに、を大事にしてるのかソースとかはなくどシンプル。それはそれで好きだけどちょっと塩味が強めなので正直途中で飽きてしまいそう。付け合せのお野菜も火を通しただけって感じになっるかるか味気ない。塩気抑え目にしてソースを添えてくれるとひと皿通して楽しめたかな、と。追加で言うとパンはせめて温めて出して欲しかった…。突出してこれいい！ってのがなかったのが残念。 Visit for lunch. Also we had lacto vegan requirements for the team and the chef was very candid to prepare a lovely dinner course which we really enjoyed!!
