★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 数年前だが胃の辺りが息苦しいほど痛かったので数回通って検査もした、その上耐えられない痛さのためそれ以外でも診てもらったのだが原因すら判明せず
別日にまた耐えられない痛みが発生したため勤務先の隣の病院に駆け込んだところすぐに紹介状を頂きその足で大きな病院に行った結果胆石発作でその日のうちに入院することになった。この事実をここにあげておきます、参考にしてください

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 空腹時腹痛を覚えて訪問。勧められるままに大腸内視鏡と上部内視鏡の検査を実施。検査は痛みもなくスムーズだったが、その後の診察が頂けない。
空腹時腹痛の原因は何か、と聞いても「わからない」と。何故わからないのか、と聞いても「なんでもかんでもわかるわけではない」と開き直られた。
ポリープを取ったので2週間開けて再度訪問。再度、空腹時腹痛の原因は何かと聞くと、「大腸が荒れているのでしょう」と。前回は「わからない」だったが？と聞くと、「2週間あけてわかったのは大きな進歩です！」と再度開き直り。
検査をする医師と診察をする医師が違うのも問題だし、診察の過程で検査後に渡された画質の悪い紙にある写真を使うが、PCやモニタでどこが荒れていると示してくれるわけでもない。処方する薬の説明も一切なし。検査の腕は良いかもしれないが、病院としての機能は星1つ以下だと思われる。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 日帰り痔の手術をホームページ上で宣伝していたので行ってみた。初診なのでまず検査だが、50人位の人が待っていて結局３時間くらいかかった。一番最後に手術日程を決めるが、当たり前のように胃カメラ検査と大腸カメラ検査が含まれていた。抱き合わせ販売のようなこと平気で行う事に対し納得できなかったので手術は断り帰った。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ うーん？なんか酷評が多い気がするが… 自分は持病があり かれこれ2年位お世話になってますが 特に問題無く 担当医の高橋先生も良い先生で親身に診察してくれますが 去年、内視鏡検査と胃カメラ検査しましたが 寝てる間に終了 ポリープも二ヶ所切除しましたが無痛でビックリでした 受付の方々も愛想良いし
特に問題ないです 酷評になるのが不思議ですよ

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 日雇いのアルバイトのレベル、もはや病院とは思えない。胃腸炎とほぼ確定しているのにレントゲン、問診、採血をされそのあとなんも話もなく会計になり、症状とか注意事項の話は無いんですか？と尋ねると「多分急性胃腸炎です」と言われるだけ、そんな多分で病名だけ言う仕事なら誰でもできる。
問診の際、なんの説明もなく次の予約を取らされる、1週間後に来たところでもう治ってる。
予約のシステムに関してもほぼ機能を成してない。そして待ってる間よくお客さんがキレる。
ここの病院なら行かない方がまし

私の価値観ですが以下記します。
この病院は通算4回目です。
1度目は他院で大腸検査をした際に地獄の苦しみを味わったため名医を探しこの病院を受診しました。その時は院長先生に直々にご対応いただき、痛みなんて全くなく説明を受けながら検査をすることができました。院長いわく確かに難しい腸の形しているから初めにした時は痛かったかもねぇとのことでした。
2回目は定期検診。この時も院長に検査してもらい何にも問題なし。とても快適でした。
3回目は初めての胃カメラ。この時も鎮静剤を併用しての検査のためいつの間にか終わってあり苦痛はゼロでした。
4回目はアニサキスの疑いで受診。院長先生ではありませんが全く苦痛なく検査。無事にアニサキスも除去してくださり大満足です。
こちらのの口コミをいくつか見たところ事務スタッフについて評価の悪い口コミが多数ありますが、そんなことはどこの病院でも書き込まれており気にする必要はほとんどないと思います。
この病院は内視鏡検査では日本有数の検査数を誇り大変人気のある病院です。そのためいつも混み合っており予約なしで受診すれば大変待たされますので事前に予約をお勧めします。
スタッフは役割分担、流作業が徹底されており、よく統制されているなと感心します。
事務スタッフの方は笑顔で対応してますしこれ以上求めるのもなかなか難しいと思います。
混み合えば長時間待たされることもあり不満に思うこともあるでしょ。でもそう言う病院だと初めから思えば気にならなくなるのではないでしょうか？
腕は間違いないのでお勧めですよ

I am impressed that the staff are well-controlled, with thorough division of roles and flow work.

確かに会計待ちはちょっと長い時があるがまあ人気のある病院ではこんなものでは？酷評されている割にいつ行っても人が多く、知らない人が見れば普通に人気のあるクリニックに見えると思う。
受付事務の方達の態度が悪いといった口コミも多いが、私はもう4年ほど毎年内視鏡の検査で通っているが、そういったことを感じたことは1度もない。
大事なのは内視鏡の腕で新横浜の内視鏡で有名な某クリニックで院長にひどい扱いを受け、検査の間中悶え苦しんだ経験のある自分からするとここの検査は本当に楽。ほぼ寝ている間に終わるし、眠らなかったとしても全く痛くない。例え事務の方の態度が悪かったしても激痛に耐えながら内視鏡の検査をやるぐらいなら私なら絶対にこちらを選ぶ。
数をこなしている＝人気があるからこそ批判が多くなっているだけかと。
