拡張してもスタッフがいなけりゃ意味無いですよね
I made a reservation and waited a long time even on weekdays.
It doesn't make sense if you don't have staff to expand it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ドコモショップ全般に言えることで、ここの店舗に限った話ではないのですが、予約制になったことで、ふらっと気軽に寄れる感じがなくなったことで、ユーザビリティが著しく下がりました。
目下の使用用途として、紙のパンフレットやカタログをもらいにいくか、実機を手にとって確認するくらいしか使用用途としては見当たらないように思います。
ただし、実機を確認するにしても、置いていない機種、あってもモックだけのものも少なくないので、本当にいく機会は減りました。
機種変更するにしても、オンラインショップのほうが安いですし。
ドコモショップのスタッフの方の手際の良さには好感をもっていたので、もったいないなと思っています。
見直す時期にきてるのでしょうね。。。
As with all doCoMo shops, it's not limited to this store, but the reservation system has made it easier for us to drop in, which has significantly reduced usability.
I think that the current usage is only to get a paper pamphlet or catalog, or to check the actual machine by hand.
However, even if I check the actual machine, there are many models that I have not put, even if there are only mock, so the chances of really going have decreased.
Even if you change the model, the online shop is cheaper.
I liked the dexterity of the staff at the docomo Shop, so I think it's a waste.
I think it's time to review it. .. ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 時間予約して娘の機種変にいきました店舗はリニューアルされてて以前よりお店の内装の色も落ち着いていて良かったです 機種変も分かりやすく飽きること無く出来ました(*^^*)
I made a time reservation and went to my daughter's model change. It was good that the store was renewed and the color of the interior of the store was calmer than before.

お店もシックになり、落ち着いた感じです。

フロマネ(入口付近にいる役)の女、客の近くでインカムすんなよ。
『その人(手続き)やるの？』じゃねえよ。丸聞こえだよ。挨拶すらしないし、お前の態度が気に入らなくてキャンセルしてんだよ。
ヘルパーの方がずっと対応良いわ。MXはやっぱゴミ。
I asked at MNP, but I didn't like the attitude of the clerk, so I didn't go through the procedure here.
The woman of Fromane (the role near the entrance), don't make an income near the customer.
"Do you do that person (procedure)? 』No. I can hear you all. I didn't even say hello, and I didn't like your attitude, so I canceled it.
Helpers are much better at dealing with it. MX is garbage after all.
