★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前別の店舗でお世話になっていましたが、またヨガを始めて、とても体が元気に何りました！沢山汗かいてストレス発散‼︎インストラクターさん達の皆さんもしっかり教えてもらえて、雰囲気も良いです。
個人的に最近はフローヨガが楽しすぎてニヤニヤしながらレッスン受講してますw
I used to be taken care of at another store, but when I started yoga again, my body was very well! Sweat a lot and release stress! ︎ The instructors also taught me well, and the atmosphere is good.
Personally, I've been taking lessons while grinning because I enjoy flow yoga too much these days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 長きに渡る自粛生活・リモートワークの中、どうにか生きてこれたのはララ・アーシャのおかげです。凝り固まった体をいつも温かい溶岩石と高度なヨガで心身ともに「解凍」してもらってます。
溶岩石により汗が噴き出すように流れる中、素敵な先生方に導かれ、質の高いヨガを堪能しています。スタジオやロッカールーム、シャワールームにも清潔感があり、いつも快適です。
大人のヨガ空間を求めている方にはおすすめです。
It is thanks to Lara Asha that she managed to survive in her long self-restraint and remote work. I have my body "thawed" both physically and mentally with warm lava stones and advanced yoga.
While the lava stones cause sweat to spurt out, we are guided by wonderful teachers and enjoy high quality yoga. The studio, locker room and shower room are also clean and always comfortable.
Recommended for those who are looking for an adult yoga space.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いつも笑顔で迎えてくださる受付の方と先生のレッスンが大好きで、ハードな仕事の合間の体調管理と癒しのために通い始めて4年くらいになります。近いから通い始めたはずですが、引っ越しをした現在もやはり通い慣れたお教室が良くて通っています。これからもずっと通わせていただきたいです。いつもありがとうございます。
I love the lessons of the receptionist and the teacher who always welcome me with a smile, and it has been about four years since I started going to manage my physical condition and heal during hard work. I should have started attending because it was close, but even now that I have moved, the classrooms I am accustomed to attending are still good. I would like to continue to attend. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 設備等きれいで過ごしやすいです。★の数が難易度の目安になっているのですが、★1でもヨガ初心者の私にとってはハードでした。インストラクターの方も全くフォローしてくれず。。これから自分に合うクラスを探していけたらと思います。
The facilities are clean and easy to spend. The number of ★ is a guideline for the difficulty level, but even ★ 1 was hard for me as a beginner in yoga. The instructor didn't follow me at all. .. I hope I can find a class that suits me.
