フレンチでは珍しく鮪を使った料理があり、とても美味しかった。女性スタッフの接客も素晴らしい。ただし一部魚料理でソースの味が濃いものもあった。一部の女性スタッフを除き接客があまりよろしく無い。年配の男性スタッフは声も小さく、話しかけてくる内容や言葉遣いも高級レストランにふさわしく無い。トイレに立った後の椅子を押す力が膝裏が痛くなるほど強すぎて引いた。内装は高級感を出そうとしてキャバクラのようになってしまっているので、値段相応の上品なものに変えて欲しい。

東京を代表するグランメゾンのひとつとして意識はしていましたが、ようやく訪れることができました。 まず、ミキモトビルに専用の入り口があり、係の人が待機していて、予約の名前を伝えると専用のEVでB1のダイニングまでご案内があります。この特別感。メインダイニングは意外にコンパクトで、内装もこれ見よがしでなくかつ、お金がかかってるのがわかります。 この日のディナーはコース1種類で、メインの肉はウサギか牛フィレかで選べるというもの。前菜はかなり攻めているというか現代的な印象。ボタンエビとサンマという和っぽい食材を使いながら、きっちりフレンチにおさめてくる。で、メインは魚・肉ともクラシックより。とくに酸味のきいたヴァン・ジョーヌソースのアルプスイワナ、そこに4種のフランス産野生キノコを添えたものが、さすがのおいしさでした。ポーションも、自分としてはチーズを入れられる程度でちょうどよい加減。デザートは3種類からのセレクト。最後のプチ・フールが、よりどりみどりで盛り上がりがあるのはいいですね。 随所にグラン・メゾンの楽しさを感じられる店です。チーズの豊富さと完璧なコンディション。飲み物はシャンパン、グラスの白、赤、チーズに合わせてヴァン・ジョーヌといただきましたが、いずれも文句なし。牛にあわせてもらった赤、おいしかったなぁ(あとで勘定見たら4500円ついてましたが、そんくらいはするお味でした)。そして何より、接客。客に合わせた説明の加減、目配りというか観察眼、見事だと思います。2人テーブルでは、タイミングをあわせて2人同時にサーブされます。 アピシウスの重厚感、ロオジエの華やかさとはまた別の、一見さんにもなじみの客にもひさしぶりの客にもやさしい、ああもてなされているなぁオレ、という贅沢感があるレストランだと思います。

洗練された銀座の高級フレンチ。 ディナーコースを注文しましたが、 ランチコース・ディナーコース共に1つずつでした。(2021年6時時点) 一品一品工夫されており、とても美味であり、接客等も良好でした。 また、量も多く、ディナーコースの最後には、お菓子の宝石箱もあるため、食べられる方も満足できるボリュームでした。 子供が来ても喜ばれると思います。

先日友人のバースデーでランチに伺いました。 現在、コロナによる営業時間短縮のようで、15時までとのことでした。13時に予約していたのですが当日11:00頃に「なるべく早く来てほしい」と言われた時は正直驚きましたが、、、 接客•味はとてもよかったです。 結局当日早くは到着できずだったのですが、スピード感よく出していただきました。 お皿にもこだわっているようで、様々素敵な食器も楽しめました。 2017年頃ビルの建て替えによりお店のリニューアルがされたそうですが、B2の赤のベルベッドの内装などは昔のものを残しているとのことでした。
