この日はホルモンが乗っかっているホルモンらーめんをいただきました。
シンプルに豚骨系スープのラーメン・ホルモン・ネギだけですが満足できる一杯でした。ライスを注文すればよかった！

ジプシーのように移転を重ね、
現在は秋田市旭南一丁目に店を構えています。
鷹島といったらやはりホルモン。
そのホルモンが食べられる
『ホルモンまぜそば』（850円）を注文。
ホルモンの量がえげつない…！
これはもはや、
『ホルモン煮込みに麺をぶっこんだもの』
と言っても過言ではない…！
ホルモンは柔らかくて臭みなし。うまい！
麺を食べ終わってもホルモンが
かなり残るはずなので、余裕のある方は
ライス（150円）か半ライス（100円）を
追加することをオススメします。
ホルモン定食（orホルモン丼）を
食べた気になれて一石二鳥だよ！
