また、前回は
煮干し稲庭中華そばをいただきました。
メニューもリニューアルしたようです。
と、言うのも雑味が全くないので。
一口で、美味しいと思いました。
煮干しは、あまりニボニボせずに、ですが控えめでもなく、絶妙レベルです。
ニボニボもっと欲しい方は、別皿に 追い煮干しが付いてきますから安心です。
麺もまた、革新的な喉越し重視なツルシコ麺で、またスープに良く絡みます。
長ーい豚バラチャーシューも２枚乗っかります。スープに良く合います。
煮干し稲庭中華そば用に、合わせていますね。竹の子もアクセントになって良いと思います。
サイドメニューの、飯物もチャーシューご飯等がリーズナブルな価格設定でありますから、満足感アップするでしょう。
ですが、チャーシュー飯のチャーシューは好き嫌いがある味付けです。
甘めの味付けですね。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 食券制です。麺はまさに稲庭うどんの様です。ツルツルの喉越しがいい中華そばに仕上がっていると思いますし、事実美味しいです。硬い麺好きの私はちょっと稲庭うどん風の麺は苦手で、うどんとして食べたい感じです。いなちゅう煮干中華そばはタケノコも入って、チャーシューも食べやすい厚さ硬さ。稲庭中華そばはナメコが入っていて、まさに稲庭うどんをインスパイアしたラーメンです。店内は清潔感あり、コロナ対策もしっかりしているので、安心して食べられました。

大きな暖簾に惹かれて来店。
画面のラーメンの画像を見ながら食券を購入します。
現金でも大丈夫？と聞かれたのでカードとか使えると言うことなのかは不明。もしかしたら現金じゃなくても対応してくれるのかも、と思いました。
メニュー、稲庭と書いてあるので稲庭うどんもメニューにありましたが、ラーメンがとってもキレイで美味しそうに見えたので、ラーメンをチョイス。
整列した麺と透き通ったスープ、チャーシューも美味しい。味玉、しっかり美味しい。
チャーシュー飯を頼んだら香ばしいチャーシューがゴロゴロのったご飯。美味しいです。
満足でしたー。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 「味玉入り比内地鶏中華そば」をいただきました。麺はツルツルとしたのど越しの良いストレート。確かに稲庭うどんを彷彿とさせます。スープには比内地鶏の旨みが凝縮されていますがサラリとしたあっさり系。チャーシューはロースとバラの2種類で味玉も旨い。次は味噌味を食べてみたい。
