ぼだっこは塩鮭を指して使われる言葉ですが、この言葉を当たり前に使う世代は木箱入りの紅鮭を指していいます。
定塩紅鮭や塩トラウトサーモン 塩銀鮭等は含まれません。
昔は無かったものと思われます。
おにぎりに入ったぼだっこはおそらく本物です。
ラーメンといっしょに食べるには少ししょっぱいと感じますが、おにぎり単品としてはとても美味いです。
真夏の肉体労働後に食べるには最高なのではないでしょうか。
店の横に駐車できそうなスペースはありますが、店の駐車場かどうかはわかりません。
ただ、向かえに大きな駐車場を持つ店があります。

オープン前の11時過ぎに伺ったのですが、快く入店させてくれました。
優しそうなお父さんとお母さん2人で頑張っているのかな？
メニューは日替わりランチ700円や麺類に定番の定食や丼ものなどオーソドックスなものが充実しているようです。
今回は日替わりランチのハンバーグとチャーシューメン650円を注文。
ハンバーグは柔らかな食感でソースも美味しかったです。小鉢2品、もやしの和えものと冷奴に味噌汁がついています。
チャーシューメンはチャーシューが5枚ほど入ったオーソドックスな醤油ラーメンです。シンプルながら美味しくいただきました！

This time I ordered a daily lunch hamburger and char siu 650 yen.
The hamburger had a soft texture and the sauce was delicious. Two small bowls, spicy bean sprouts and cold tofu with miso soup.
Char siu Men is an orthodox soy sauce ramen with about 5 char siu. It was simple but delicious!
