矢	矢 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここの「有喜屋」は有喜屋の中でも上位にはいります。今はありませんが、かつての「四条烏丸店」と同様でした。ダシがすごく効いていて、ソバにもコシがすごく、味は文句なしで☆5です。今は体調不良で食べられないけど、ランチの「ミニ天丼せっと」がオススメです。天ぷらも揚げてサクサクで、丼のたれもダシが効いています。個人的には「十割」ではなく「二八」が好きです。混ざりがあるほうがおいしかったです。残念なのは、個人的に「重ねせいろ」が好きだったのですが、ここにはありません(涙)そのため☆4にしました。(申し訳ございません)味は☆5です。写真は「二八ざる」です。 "Yukiya" here is in the top of the list. It doesn't exist now, but it was the same as the former "Shijo Karasuma store". The dashi is very effective, the buckwheat is also very chewy, and the taste is ☆ 5 without complaint.
