T	Trip.com Member on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location is really good since the hotel is right next to the Yubatake. I gladly took this room as it was perfect for us. The rooms are kept very clean. The property looked to be well taken care of. We took time to walk around to enjoy the place.

You are taken care of from the beginning till the end. Their location is excellent. Transportation to the city and touring is just around the corner.

In the morning you have *y options for transportation. Rooms in the hotel are very clean. Everything was delicious and we were even presented with a bottle of complementary sake.

Plenty of free use equipment available from the hotel. All-you-can-drink package is worthy if you are good drinkers. The location of this hotel was convenient and safe. Not to be missed.

Just a few steps from the Yubatake and central square of Kusatsu, the lack of an impressive hot spring inside of the hotel itself is easily counter balanced by the fact that it’s right next to the famous public bath/spring options at the center of town.

The comforter on the bed had no wrapped sheet so my arm kept touching the bed comforter directly. Room was large but cold. Good was location to the centre of town.

Water was dropping inside of room from the roof. No water inside room. They do nothing for loud customers who doing party until at 4am even do they know they have thin wall between rooms. Also they charge same price for children.
