善	善晴 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 味玉地鶏白湯ラーメン（黒龍ストレート）とミニ切り落としチャーシュー丼を頂きました。濃厚で味わい深い白湯スープが麺への絡みもよくたいへん美味しいです。麺も細麺ですが歯ごたえがよく白湯スープによく合っています。鶏のチャーシューは柔らかく噛めば噛むほど味わい深い。味玉も中はとろっとした半熟。素材のすべてに手抜きの無い一品と言えます。一滴残さず飲み干しました。チャーシュー丼も低温調理されたチャーシューの薄切りでプリップリの歯ごたえに加え控えめなソースが絡みこれまた美味しい! また来たいと思えるラーメン店です。 I had Ajitamaji chicken plain hot water ramen (Kuroryu straight) and a mini cut-off char siu bowl.
