鶏白湯とあごだしは白と黒の100%長野県産小麦粉のストレート麺が選べます。 が、個人的には醤油で使っている普通の中華縮れ麺が好みです。 キャッシュレス決済はPayPayが使えます。
For chicken plain hot water and chin dashi, you can choose straight noodles made from 100% Nagano flour in white and black. However, I personally like the ordinary Chinese curly noodles used in soy sauce. PayPay can be used for cashless payment.

味玉地鶏白湯ラーメン(黒龍ストレート)とミニ切り落としチャーシュー丼を頂きました。 濃厚で味わい深い白湯スープが麺への絡みもよくたいへん美味しいです。麺も細麺ですが歯ごたえがよく白湯スープによく合っています。鶏のチャーシューは柔らかく噛めば噛むほど味わい深い。味玉も中はとろっとした半熟。素材のすべてに手抜きの無い一品と言えます。一滴残さず飲み干しました。 チャーシュー丼も低温調理されたチャーシューの薄切りでプリップリの歯ごたえに加え控えめなソースが絡みこれまた美味しい! また来たいと思えるラーメン店です。

The rich and tasty plain hot water soup is very delicious because it is well entwined with the noodles. The noodles are also thin, but they are chewy and go well with plain hot water soup. The softer the chicken char siu is, the more delicious it is. The inside of the taste ball is also soft-boiled. It can be said that all the materials are perfect. I drank it without leaving a drop. The char siu bowl is also a thin slice of low-temperature cooked char siu, and the chewy texture and the modest sauce are entwined, which is also delicious! It's a ramen shop that you'll want to visit again.

The best chicken broth ramen in Nagano. They only use local ingredients. Their chicken gyoza is like none other, blending chicken mince with shiso leaf and chicken tendons, ending up with a herb-y gyoza with a crunchy texture. Highly recommend.
