ツ	ツヨシさん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 個人的に辛いものが好きなので担々麺専門店とのことでしたので、楽しみにしていきました。自販機で食券を買って注文するスタイルとなっております。担々麺も醤油や味噌、汁無しなど様々なメニューがあります。その他、普通の醤油等も有るようです。私は汁無しを、家内は味噌担々麺に、お店の押しの中華オコワを注文しました。辛味は、無しや別辛でも注文できるようです。運ばれてきた担々麺は、他店で一般的に出される辛さより、一段も二段も辛いです。一緒に注文した、中華オコワが甘い味付けなので、辛さを緩和してくれます。私は食べませんでしたが、〆の柚子シャーベットがお勧めのようでした。 I personally like spicy food, so I was looking for a specialty noodle shop, so I was looking forward to it. k	koba in on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 芝麻蔣と麻辣油が浮いてない担々麺は担々麺では無く、『担々麺味の何か』でしか無い。（多くのチェーン店は担々スープの元に辛くもない不味いラー油を浮かべてます）こちらは美味しい担々麺の店です。味噌と醤油を選べますが、圧倒的に味噌が美味しい。他の担々麺より辛味が効いてます。ごま感と花椒感は、私はさほど感じません。 (小松島の熊坦を食べてるせいか) 麺のボリュームと具が少ないですが、高菜とフライドガーリックのような『揚げた何か』のアクセントが良い感じ。大盛は突然倍近いボリュームになります。挽肉は甜麺醤を使用してないのでただの肉です。気になる点のブラッシュアップを行えば星6つくらいになりそうですが、マイチェンを行うような店主様でも無い様ですし、現状でも充分に美味しいです。 Tantan noodles without sesame seeds and sesame oil are not Tantan noodles, but only "something with Tantan noodle flavor".
